Combination of maryball's (https://theposterdb.com/poster/535854) edit of a fan edit by @lolabunnysb (https://tinyurl.com/5eh4f6tr (External Link)) mixed with an edit of the original official poster I found on TMDB (https://shorturl.at/4l6jC (External Link)). The goal here was to recreate the styling of the original Broadway poster (https://theposterdb.com/poster/150553), not to erase Cynthia Erivo. Her eye(s) is still visible, just shrouded in darkness to artistically communicate mysteriousness. The problem with many of the fan edits that try and replicate the OG poster go too far or not far enough. This version falls in between, naturally covering Elphaba's eyes with the hat's shadow, slightly curving the smirk, mostly maintaining the color of their wardrobe without darkening or brightening either character unnaturally, and centering a readable, contrasting title.
