Comedies and Proverbs

Comedies and Proverbs is a cycle of six films by Eric Rohmer made in the period 1981-1987. The cycle features women who face life and follows the Six Moral Tales, which on the contrary depict the missed opportunities, the hesitation between several women, the small male cowardice.
