
Move That Body (2009)
In Move That Body, Carlos Lens, the personal trainer of Linda de Mol and Anouk, gives 20 workouts that you can participate at home. Different parts of the body are trained per workout, with fun exercises on great music. Each workout lasts 25 minutes, consisting of a warming up, various muscle exercises and a cooling down. Do them at least 2x a week, then you always have a different workout for 10 weeks! You burn a lot of calories with it and your condition gets better and better!
